I was really surprised when i logged into my account and discovered this amount. Normally, I only average about $20/per day on this network. I’m pretty sure the advertiser had over paid for his/her banner impressions on the Adbrite network. It must have been a newbie advertiser. This advertiser was paying over $0.61 per click for his/her banner ad. I was grinning and had a smile on my face for a few weeks until, the advertiser noticed the click amount and abandoned his/her banner ad campaign.

What is Adbrite? Adbrite is an ad network for advertisers and publishers. You can sign up as an advertiser and buy website traffic through this network. There’s the option of displaying banner ads on their network of many publisher sites. You can also display ads in text link formats. As a publisher, you are simply selling your website space for advertisers to display banners on your site. Publishers get paid per clicks for the banner ads. Payment is anywhere from $0.01+ $1.90. Here’s a little publisher tip, if you have a gaming or an arcade website, it works well with this ad network. Just make sure to only place banners on your gaming website. Do not choose text link format. Banner ads get a much better Click Through Rate (CTR) in my opinion. The more people click on the banner ads on your website, the more money you make as a publisher. Advertisers do not make money with Adbrite, they essentially buy web traffic for their products or services. They would have to optimize their ad campaigns and watch their return on investment (ROI).
